    Absolutely smitten with this Seiko! It took a bit to arrive but it was worth the wait. This one is inspired by the original Seiko from the late ‘60’s and ‘70’s but with its own character. The dial is gorgeous with its textured finish. The applied indices have an aged lume colour. The hands have an interesting finish where one side from the centre is brushed, the other polished. The watch wears extremely well on the wrist as the case has the Turtle shape. The asymmetrical shape may put some off but it’s unique and eye catching. The two woven straps are thick and comfortable after a short break in period. You can buy a homage watch from China for almost 1/20 the cost of this model. Comparing them side by side it’s easy to see why the Seiko costs more with the fit, finish and design choices. My watch has none of the quality control issues some mention. In fact, none of the Seiko’s I’ve purchased from Mark have been less than perfect for qc (and I do check closely). Another happy purchase from Mani Jewelers
