Seiko Presage Cocktail Time watches are inspired by Japanese cocktail culture and specific drinks from the Star Bar in Tokyo’s sophisticated Ginza area – home to some of the city’s best blends.

This limited edition design is inspired by the ‘Sakura Aviation’ drink; a chilled mix of gin, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, sakura liqueur, and crème de violette mixed by Star Bar’s Head Bartender, Mr Hisashi Kishi – International Bar Association World Champion and Japanese Government-awarded Contemporary Master Craftsman.

Compact at only 34mm, the light pink vertical gradation evokes the imagery of enjoying a refreshing cocktail whilst watching the Springtime Japanese cherry blossoms in full bloom. This the first timepiece within the Cocktail Time collection to feature a mother-of-pearl dial. The elegant two-tone bracelet and rose gold-coloured crown, hands and indices are designed to enhance the soft pink tones.

Powered by an in-house 4R35 automatic calibre, accurate to +45 / -35 seconds per day with a 40-hour power reserve.
