The Frédérique Constant Highlife Moonphase Date Manufacture FC-716BL3NH6 brings the poetry of the lunar cycle into a contemporary 39 mm luxury-sport watch. Its deep midnight-blue dial features a distinctive sunray finish that radiates outward from the moonphase display at 6 o’clock rather than from the centre of the dial, drawing attention naturally toward the watch’s signature complication.

Within the sub-dial, a realistically rendered moon appears against a rich blue, star-filled sky. A slender silver-tone hand follows the numbered scale around its perimeter to indicate the date, with the final day of the month distinguished by a bright red “31.” Applied hour markers and polished hour and minute hands incorporate white luminous material, providing clarity in changing light while maintaining the dial’s cohesive blue-and-silver presentation.

At its heart is the automatic FC-716 Manufacture calibre, designed and assembled in-house by Frédérique Constant. Its optimized mainspring barrel supplies an impressive 72-hour power reserve, allowing the watch to remain running throughout an entire weekend away from the wrist. Operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with 26 jewels, the movement is decorated with pearl-graining and fan-shaped Côtes de Genève that can be admired through the transparent sapphire caseback.

The brushed and polished stainless-steel case measures a versatile 39 mm in diameter and is protected by anti-reflective convex sapphire crystal. Water resistance to 100 metres provides meaningful everyday practicality while preserving the refined character expected from a Manufacture moonphase watch.

Two interchangeable wearing options are included. The five-link stainless-steel bracelet combines polished and brushed surfaces for an integrated luxury-sport appearance, while the blue Saffiano calf-leather strap introduces elegant cross-grain texture and tone-on-tone stitching.
