The Frédérique Constant Classic Date Manufacture [FC-706SAL3H6] brings traditional Swiss watchmaking into a beautifully refined contemporary form. Its redesigned 40 mm stainless steel case is paired with a distinctive salmon sunburst dial, where slender applied hour markers, hand-polished Alpha-style hands and a precise railway minute track create an exceptionally clean, balanced presentation. A chocolate-brown alligator strap provides a rich contrast to the warmth of the dial. 

At its heart is the new FC-706 Manufacture automatic calibre, developed by Frédérique Constant and upgraded to deliver an impressive 72-hour power reserve, compared with 38 hours in its predecessor. Operating at 4 Hz, the movement incorporates a larger-capacity barrel along with redesigned bridges decorated with beading and fan-shaped Côtes de Genève—a level of mechanical finishing that reinforces the watch's Manufacture credentials. 

The date is displayed elegantly by hand at 6 o'clock rather than through a conventional aperture, preserving the symmetry and openness of the dial. Frédérique Constant has even subtly reduced the size of the applied markers at 5 and 7 o'clock to accommodate the date indication without compromising the design. The absence of numerals further emphasizes the watch's restrained, classical character.
