This 38.00 mm stainless steel edition of our signature Big Crown Pointer Date features a light teal blue dial, a hand-wound mechanical movement with a five-day power reserve and an H-link bracelet with an ergonomic Oris-developed clasp.
CALIBRE 473
The hand-wound Oris Calibre 473 has a number of performance upgrades, including a five-day power reserve, elevated anti-magnetism and a 10-year warranty. It also has a power reserve indicator, visible through the watch’s case back.
WINDING DOWN
Often with a hand-wound watch, there’s no way of being sure when it will stop. Oris has developed a 120-hour power reserve indicator to sit on the back of Calibre 473, a useful function that clearly shows when the time to rewind its five-day reserve is approaching. High performance made even better.
ANTI-MAGNETISM
Swiss watches can be magnetised, affecting accuracy. Oris' Calibre 400 Series uses over 30 non-ferrous, anti-magnetic components for high anti-magnetism. Laboratoire Dubois tests showed Calibre 473 deviated under 10 seconds a day after 2,250 gauss exposure.
10-YEAR WARRANTY
Oris offers a 10-year warranty on Calibre 400 Series watches, reflecting their confidence in the technology. Registration at MyOris is required for warranty extension. Oris also recommends 10-year service intervals for these watches.
